I am an energetic brand ambassador with nearly nine years of experience in customer interaction, promotion, and event activations. I have represented brands across a variety of marketing activations, including product sampling, promotional campaigns, beauty events, and high-traffic venues. I am comfortable approaching the public, presenting products, and creating positive experiences for clients. My work history includes activations with agencies such as Vibrant Marketing, Mosaic, Promo-Staff and Staff Événementiel, as well as roles like holiday craft activity host at the Dix 30, team lead at College Lasalle presenting programs and collecting leads, and brand ambassador at College Lasalle and Cf Montreal, where I engaged VIPs, distributed gifts and animated experiences during events like Igloofest and sports games. I have also gained administrative and customer service experience through positions with Sunwing Airlines, Service Canada, the University of Montreal Health Center, and an immigration legal aid office. These roles helped me develop professionalism, reliability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments. I also completed studies in Administration and Psychology at the University of Quebec in Montreal, creative writing and screenwriting at the University of Montreal, and hold a Diploma of Collegial Studies in Communications, Art and Literatures. These experiences strengthened my communication, organizational, and creative skills. Overall, I am a versatile, motivated, and reliable professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys creating engaging experiences while representing brands with confidence and enthusiasm.
